Flourishing Scale

Measuring: Eudaimonic well-being (as opposed to just hedonic happiness), focusing on; Purpose and meaning in life, Positive relationships, Engagement, Contribution to others, Competence, Self-respect, and Optimism.

  • A cumulative score is generated with higher scores representing greater psychological flourishing (8 to 56).
